Cold-pressed sunflower oil

pro_02The sunflower oil is perfect for cooking and baking. It harmonizes well with raw and steamed vegetables (especially for beetroot, radish, carrot, lentil, corn, paprika, steamed cabbage etc.), salads (iceberg salad) and vegetarian foods (spinach, eggplant, pumpkin, chickpeas) as well for flavoring sauces, soups, mayonnaises (cream soups, tartar sauces).

Its fine scent gives typical flavor for everyday foods and Hungarian dishes. We use it for roast meats, schnitzel, stews and goulash but it is excellent for making pottage as well.

Odorless 100% sunflower oil


Here’s a Hungarian food what we produce from sunflower produced in Hungary only, without chemicals. This oil has less smell and taste so they can use who wary of characteristic odors and flavors but want to eat healthily.

Cold-pressed 100% pumpkin seed oil

Health from nature

We extract the oil from peeled pumpkin seeds with cold-pressing then we filter and bottle it.

pro_03The pumpkin seed oil protects from free radicals which are high reactive materials and they causes more diseases, e.g. arteriosclerosis, but they are responsible for aging and they causes heart diseases and circulation problems. Research has shown that pumpkin seed oil is particularly rich in antioxidants that bind free radicals. Pumpkin seed oil contains most antioxidants in all vegetable oils, but surprisingly it also contains water-soluble antioxidants. They has major protective role in the human body. It was found that the pumpkin seed oil has an important role in prevention of cardiovascular disorders as well. The 60% of 40 to 60 years old men and 75% of 60 to 70 years old men have prostatitis which can be prevented with the pumpkin seed oil. Eating this oil regularly the complaints can be eliminated. It is recommended for women as well because they need to strengthen their smooth muscles, but is is very useful to consume it for a few days after a flu.

The pumpkin seed oil is cholesterol-free, contains saturated fatty acids which can slow down the arteriosclerosis, improve celebral blood flow. Its importance increased by complex contents of vitamins and aging-delaying antioxidants.

It is recommended to consume for fresh salads or one spoon per day as medicinal product.

Linseed oil

The human body needs fats, but only unsaturated fats, not saturated. To ensure this the best choice is the linseed oil which contains alpha-linolenic acid and rich in Omega-3 fatty acid. According to researchers, accelerates metabolism, thus burning fat as well.

The cold-pressed linseed oil is very biologically valuable. It contains 4.5 to 23% of cis-linoleic acid and 25.8 to 58% of linoleic acid. The importance of linoleic acid is invaluable for cellular respiration and energy production. The extracted oil is slightly yellow and bitterish. It is rich in alpha-linolenic acid, vitamin E, beta-carotene. The high-quality linseed oil is cold-pressed in oxygen-free and light-free environment.

Poppy seed oil

makolaj_1The poppy seed oil is the natural cure of the osteoporosis. It is rich in amino acid, polyunsaturated Omega-3 fatty acid, phosphoric acid, calcium, potassium, magnesium and iron. The poppy seed oil contains concentrated active ingredients because they are fat soluble so they are included in the oil (the vegetable’s “fat”). The cold-pressed poppy seed oil contains the most of useful ingredients because we don’t use any manipulation (e.g. heating, puffing, extraction).

The poppy seed oil is better absorbed by the body as poppy seeds.

Rape seed oil

The rape seed oil contains large amounts of monounsaturated oelic acid and polysaturated fatty acids which are essentials for our bodies. It has uniquely high alpha-linoleic acid, chlorophyll and tocopherol content.

Significant content of vitamin E improves the absorption of vitamin A by protected from oxidation processes. Its greenish-brown color due to chlorophylles.

The refined rape seed oil tolerates heating very well so it can replaces the sunflower oil in baking and simmering. It is suitable for baking meats, vegetables and potato. We recommend the virgin or cold-pressed rape seed oil for making salads, pasta dishes or flavouring vegetables.
